Our services include direct in-home and community-based supports, ensuring individuals receive assistance in the environments where they feel most comfortable and engaged. We provide both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination to help participants navigate the NDIS, as well as Plan Management services to simplify the financial side of their plans. In addition, IDA offers group-based activities for adults and children that promote social connection, skill development, and independence, alongside dedicated school holiday programs tailored to children and young people. Together, these services reflect IDA’s commitment to delivering flexible, person-centred supports that empower participants and strengthen family and community connections.
